Boisset approached us with a name for a new series of Tetra Pak wines, SummerLake, inspired by and targeted at outdoor-loving Ontarians. With Ontario wine still struggling for a good name and Tetra Pak wines still in their infancy, we battled the challenges with a package design that stood out on the shelf, presented itself as a quality product, and engaged its target audience emotionally with beautiful illustration and compelling copy.
The visual identity incorporates three prominent Ontario trees, and the tree stump-like shape of the Tetra Pak was utilized to mimic their bark texture.
